A quinceañera brings family, tradition, and a young person’s next chapter together. Choosing a venue is one of the first decisions that shapes how that celebration will feel.
At the Northern Indiana Event Center in Elkhart, families can explore several spaces and work with the Events team to determine which layout suits their plans.
Make room for the celebration
Your guest count is only part of the space calculation. Consider the court of honor, entrance, dinner service, dance floor, cake table, entertainment, and any traditions your family wants to include.
Ingram Hall, Champion Hall, the East Wing, and the Orthwein Pavilion offer different settings. Ask the team to review your proposed setup and confirm the appropriate capacity rather than choosing from a guest count alone.
Bring your vision to the tour
Share your preferred colors, decorations, music, and schedule. Photos or a simple list can help explain the atmosphere you want. Confirm decoration and installation requirements before ordering items or booking vendors.
If you would like museum photography or access as part of the celebration, ask about availability and arrangements. Include any language or accessibility needs when requesting your tour.
Coordinate food, music, and guests
Discuss catering and beverage-service requirements with the Events team before making plans. Confirm vendor approval, setup access, cleanup responsibilities, and the services included in your proposal.
For music, lighting, or presentations beyond the room’s basic setup, discuss technical requirements early. EA Pro Music is a preferred AV provider.
