Find unique gifts, handmade crafts and festive treats at the Northern Indiana Event Center. Bring your friends and family for a free holiday market featuring vendors, concessions and live music.

We welcome a wide variety of vendors while limiting the quantity of each vendor type. Applications are reviewed before payment so the market can maintain a balanced vendor mix.

Standard Booth — 10’ × 10’: $100 + tax
Includes one 8’ table for the first 75 applications; later applicants must bring their own table.

Table Space — 8 ft: $80 + tax
Limited to table display only. One 8’ table is provided for the first 75 applications; later applicants must bring their own.

Electricity: $5 · Internet access: $8

Submit your business information, product or craft description, requested space and utility needs. All items for sale must be disclosed. Once the application is approved, the vendor will receive the payment step for the approved booth and add-ons.

Setup: Friday, December 4, 2026, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Tear-down: Saturday, December 5 at 2:30 PM. No early tear-down.

Admission is free. Visitor registration will provide an optional advance RSVP so guests can receive event reminders and help the Foundation plan for attendance.

Vendors are responsible for merchandise, booth setup, staff, table coverings, decorations and required licenses or permits. Displays must be family-friendly. The agreement is non-transferable; no refunds are provided. Displays must be free-standing and may not be attached to venue walls. Vendors agree that event photographs may be used for promotional purposes.
