The RV/MH Heritage Foundation brings together the people, products, and stories of the recreational vehicle and manufactured housing industries. A visit to our Elkhart campus connects industry achievement with the everyday experiences of travel and home.
Begin with the Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals whose work has shaped the RV and manufactured housing industries. Explore the Inductee Directory before your visit to find people, companies, or chapters of industry history that interest you.
Explore two museum experiences
RV Founders Hall traces recreational-vehicle history through preserved vehicles, photographs, and memorabilia. The chronological presentation invites visitors to compare the designs and practical choices of different periods.
The Scoular Manufactured Housing Museum follows the evolution of factory-built housing through historic homes, furnished interiors, and contemporary examples. Together, the museums connect changing lifestyles with the industries that served them.
Discover the archives and campus
The Kindlund Library & Archives preserves historical materials for learning and research. Contact the Foundation before a research visit so staff can discuss your topic and the assistance available.
The Northern Indiana Event Center provides spaces for industry gatherings, conferences, celebrations, and community events. Explore the Signature Events page for the Foundation’s featured gatherings.
