Education & Industry Impact
The RV/MH Heritage Foundation preserves history so it can be studied, interpreted, and shared. Through the Hall of Fame, RV Founders Hall, Scoular Manufactured Housing Museum, Kindlund Library & Archives, exhibits, publications, and public programs, the Foundation connects the people and innovations of the past with today’s recreational vehicle and manufactured housing industries.
Learning Through Collections
Historic RVs, manufactured homes, photographs, publications, company records, and other artifacts help visitors and researchers understand changes in design, manufacturing, travel, housing, business, and industry leadership.
Research & Archives
The Kindlund Library & Archives preserves documentary resources from both industries and supports research into companies, products, people, organizations, and industry development.
Recognizing Industry Leadership
The Hall of Fame creates a permanent biographical record of individuals whose leadership, innovation, service, and achievements helped shape the RV and manufactured housing industries. Their stories add human context to the objects and records preserved across the Foundation.
Preserving Knowledge for the Future
Education is part of long-term stewardship. By organizing collections, improving interpretation, preserving archival records, and making historical information accessible, the Foundation helps ensure that industry knowledge is not lost between generations.
