Exhibit at the Wedding Expo
Connect directly with engaged couples and wedding-planning households from across Northern Indiana and the surrounding region. Vendor participation is subject to approval and written confirmation. Booth placement is not guaranteed until confirmed by the event team.
Vendor applications are open. Accepted exhibitors receive payment instructions after approval.
Visitor Registration
Free advance registration. The online RSVP will collect household contact information, wedding timing, venue status, services needed, party size and source attribution. Walk-up and VIP admission terms will be published only after final approval.
Vendor Registration & Payment
The online vendor workflow will capture business and contact information, wedding-service category, requested booth/package, display and utility needs, sponsorship interest and required acknowledgments. Approved vendors will receive QuickBooks / SwipeSimple payment instructions after acceptance.
No specific booth number will be promised until the measured sellable booth map is approved.

Payment Terms
Accepted exhibitors pay a 50% non-refundable reservation payment within 15 days of acceptance. The remaining balance is due January 7, 2027. Applications accepted after January 7 require payment in full at acceptance. Space is not secured until the required payment is received.
