These are the Foundation’s current approved base room rental rates. Event requirements vary, and the NIEC team will confirm availability and the details of your proposal.

Rental blackout dates: September 8 through October 4, 2026, and August 12 through August 18, 2027, inclusive.

Verified nonprofit organizations may receive a 10% discount with W-9 documentation.
